Online Self-healing Qigong

Qigong is now open for access at all times. Scroll to the Qigong set you want to practice and click to follow the steps. My suggestion is to do the Lung form everyday with a supplementary form such as Pain and Inflammation or any one of the others in the list. You can also download the videos and play them locally.
